PCP car 3 different faults since I purchased in December

I recently bough a car under PCP deal and its till under warranty up until December 2021 , This car is proving unreliable and at the moment undrivable. The garage had briefly mentioned changing the car for me, I am unsure as to how this would be done on lease ?

Firstly, is it PCP or lease?
They're different and you need to know the difference.
But, in either case, they have the ability to just give you a new car if they want - just an admin exercise for them to do so.

I assume this was a used car purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the vehicle and the supplying dealer is agreeable to an exchange, then that is probably very fair of them. 

What has the dealer said about the alternative vehicle they can offer, any costs to change, charges for the time you had the use of the car with faults?  The dealer should be able to talk you through the process very simply.

If you are satisfied with the exchange, then the process on the PCP is simple admin.
