Our holiday was paid in full for Florida in July 2019.
Obviously world pandemic!
Now the providers (travel solutions) has rebooked us for next year and have said transfers are no longer include and our luggage will be £819 EACH, when it was included too.
Is this legal as we have emails saying we paid for transfers and luggage already?
I know maybe things change but what happens that we paid the fees for these?
Any help and advice would be amazing and most welcome.
* Also we had insurance bought on day 1- it expired and as covid wasn't a thing they wont pay out as covid wasn't included pre pandemic
Our Disney/universal tickets expired and we lost over £2000 on those too. *
