    I’d reply and tell them if they hold no photo evidence you expect them to cease and desist immediately with harassing you, or you will counterclaim if they continue.

    I've done the consultation, my PCN predates 2018 though so I'm not on the class action bus.

    I will do as you day and tell them to lay off..
