Purchased a television from Electronicsbargain.co.uk - not arrived and unable to contact them

I purchased a television from the above company online at the end of July and paid for it with my credit card. They quoted an estimated delivery of 18 August and received a confirmation of order email. However, since that I have not heard anything at all.
I have emailed them asking for an update, I have rung their telephone number and it comes up with a "call failed" message. I have tried their online contact form (which states they typically reply within minutes twice (about 5 pm yesterday and 2 pm today and it comes up that their agents are not available.
I am convinced that this is a scam site. How long do I give them before I contact my credit card provider for a Section 75 claim?

The website appears to be broken, I suspect it's been taken down.
Edit: It's back again.0 -
Their address (610 Lea Bridge Road) is a business called K G Electronics:

What did you buy, how much did you pay and how much cheaper than say richersounds was it?
If its more than a few quid its highly likely to be a scam.0 -
We got caught out by this company to the tune of £946 for a new cooker. Once we realised we contacted the bank and went down the chargeback process. It looks like that site has been taken down0

You are already nearly 90 days in, so put in your chargeback request without delay-the limit is 120 days.
Why have you waited more than 60 days beyond the stated delivery date without taking action? No free lunch, and no free laptop
