Buying New Build Homes: The Good, The Bad and What you might want to know

Hello All,
I've written a series of articles based on my own experience of buying 2 new build homes.
I've tried to be fair and there are a number of both positives and negative reasons to go new build. Ultimately it needs to be right for you, we are happy we went new build, it allowed us to purchase a much nicer house in our circumstances because of the help to buy scheme that was in existence at the time of purchase.
