I have been comparing buildings and contents insurance and are surprised at how much escape of water excess has gone up, are there any insurance companies that are not increasing that type of claim excess?

    Isnt the amount of excess more important than if its increased since last year? 

    M&S have a £250 EoW excess which isnt too high and favourable to many that are around the £500 mark
