Do I have rights

Hi I ordered a wedding cake off marketplace on FB paid my deposit. Then the virus hit so two cancelled weddings but I asked if I could use the deposit for my mom's 80th birthday cake on Saturday. No she can't do it she's going away. I asked for my deposit back but she never answered then blocked me. I have all her details I've reported it to Facebook but nothing from them either. What can I do. Ty for reading X these people shouldn't be allowed to do this to others.

You know that she is going away and cannot therefore make a cake for this Saturday.
Perhaps she has already gone away and not accessing messages and she'll return messages after vacation.0
