    Insurance cos used to have the biggest buildings in town for a reason. the odds are always stacked in their favour. Glad I never took out legal cover as haven't used it in 37 yrs of motoring.

  • I had an at fault accident in 2019 that resulted in a claim settlement of over £16K. I was expecting to be hammered at renewal, but due to no claims protection my premium was only £20 more than the year before. So well worth the extra premium imho.
