                    Hi,
I bought a house that was built on a small development of 4 homes.
I purchased the home 16 months ago.
The others were purchased 20 months ago, 17 months ago and 12 months ago. So mine was the 3rd property to sell.
My home has been listed on the Land Registry for 4 or 5 months now. One of the other properties - the one that was sold 17 months ago - appeared for a month and then disappeared and hasn't reappeared. The other 2 have not been listed at all.
I don't understand why the other 3 haven't been listed yet, or why that one that was listed ended up disappearing. Can anyone explain this to me, I don't know how it works, but I am confused as to why I, as the 3rd one to buy is the only one listed.
All the houses are practically the same, but I got lucky, I put in a lower offer which got accepted. I feel weird about the fact all my 3 neighbours can see what I paid, but I cannot see what they paid and do not understand how a house sold 20 months ago is still not listed there. Is there anything I can do to get the Land Registry to hurry up and list the sold prices or are there any other places that list sold house prices before the Land Registry does?

It's a bit odd that this makes you feel weird.homeless9 said:I feel weird about the fact all my 3 neighbours can see what I paid, but I cannot see what they paid and do not understand how a house sold 20 months ago is still not listed there.
Not all sales appear on the LR sold data...

It’s also important to note that the data is added on receipt of the application; may not be added for the reasons Slithery posts; and if an application to register is cancelled for example then that data may be removed until it’s resubmitted. So plenty of possibilities“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. ok, it makes me feel wonderful that the cheaper price I paid is shown for 4 months and none of the other 3 are listed. So everyone knows what I paid and I have no idea what they paid. They all can see I paid way lower than them.Slithery said:

If you don't know what they paid then how do you know you paid less?homeless9 said:
