Soffits, Gutters and Stack pointing.

Ive been looking at quotes for the soffits gutters and a cowl for the stack with pointing and had a price of £1600.
4 bed, semi, no issues with access, NW england.
Gutters to go from cast to plastic, all the soffits doing, Hedgehog in gutters, pointing to stack and cowl plus checking on flashing and flat roof on the front elevation.
Now I think this is a very very good price for the quoted, Trees in the neighbouring gardens hence the hog and I want the stack doing for piece of mind.
