Travel PCR test

Recently booked a day 2 PCR test, however, an incorrect email address was given. Despite numerous calls to the company and being advised the details had been updated I still did not receive any details or passenger locator code.
I ended up having to book another test with another company so I could get back to the UK.
The company has refused a refund saying the passenger locator code is unique.
The test was £55 and booked on a credit card. Contacted the card company who say they can't help.
Any advice? The companies customer service team confirmed on a number of times my details had been updated. I did not receive the required details so they have failed to fulfil the service.
Where can I take this?

What do the T&C's say? If they don't call this out...Ant_1974 said:Recently booked a day 2 PCR test, however, an incorrect email address was given. Despite numerous calls to the company and being advised the details had been updated I still did not receive any details or passenger locator code.

They aren't responsible for correcting your mistake. They issued the service that they were asked to. You entering the incorrect information meant you weren't able to use it. That's down to you, not the provider or credit card.0
