Hi All.   I've just received as notification from my POPLA appeal to tell me that APCOA have uploaded their evidence, a 30 page document with various photos of the signs in the station and copies of my original ticket etc.
I read in the sticky that i now need to comment but im a bit unsure what i need to do or focus on if anyone can give me any pointers?

Go through it and look for mistakes , errors etc

You have 2000 characters ( not words ) for your comments , so keep it short , concise , bullet points only , no waffle

Your comments should emphasise your winning points at the expense of their errors

You showed us 8 appeal points in your first post.

Go through CRAPCOA's response and see which ones they have or haven't addressed. For everyone not addressed you say so, therefore that point must be allowed.

The 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread already gives the pointers about comments stage and what to say.

Surely as this is an APCOA one, it will be as simple as saying 'Dear POPLA, non-POFA, innit?!'

It won't matter as it would have become statute barred after 6 months and there is not much APCOA can do about it after that date.
