Starfury Convention

I bought 2 tickets for a starfury convention last October that was cancelled due to Covid a few months before. It was rescheduled to September 2021 and we now find that we are unable to go as it’s the week our daughter travels to university.
I have emailed the organiser about a refund who informed me that I missed the period he offered that refund. I have emailed him to ask about trying to sell the tickets on but he seems to be ignoring me.
Does anyone know how I could either get a refund or sell on?

I would have thought that since you accepted the rescheduled date, and are now cancelling for your own reasons, that you're not entitled to a refund. That leaves your options being to try and get a goodwill refund, or sell the tickets on (if the terms of the tickets allow that).1

FAQ state tickets are non refundable and non transferable.0
