Did they supply a redacted landowner contract?

Do you mean you haven't had their WS and evidence yet?  If not, obviously you edit that point to make sense.

  • Iv had their WS today but it didn’t include a redacted contract.
How strict are the courts on the 28 days notice for my WS as it will need to be in tonight if they are

If it was due today then the deadline was 4pm today.

Get it in before 8am tomorrow.
  • I rang the court yesterday as they only gave me 4 days to prepare ,as they were at fault for posting it out late  they said they would put it in front of the judge but Iv heard nothing

We know.  You need to get it finished now.

Was there NO contract or landowner agreement/statement in the bundle at all?

Did you include 'no landowner authority' as a point in your defence or didn't you come here in time to influence your defence?

If you wrote your own defence, does your WS account and evidence match and support what you said in defence?  If it does and you can't add anything else and 'no landowner authority' was never pleaded, remove that paragraph.

  • Sorry Iv just reread it and it was in the appendix, it’s been a bit of a rush writing my WS and hadn’t noticed it there . I used one of the templates in here on my defence so it was included and hopefully matches
It will definitely be sent tonight .

OK, you can leave that in then and are probably ready to sign, date and email it and your exhibits to the local court snd solicitor.

  • Today I received an email from the county court saying the judge had agreed to my extension but I had already submitted my statement yesterday , does this mean I can still tweak my statement following this or do can I add supplementary statements  ?
I also finally received an email from the claimants solicitor with a list of car registrations.  One of the registrations was mine  with one letter difference , I had obviously mistyped, the company had previously denied this in an email , which I had included in my exhibit.
I wasn’t planning on claiming any costs but this has taken me hours to prepare, plus the stress , what sort of costs are reasonable?
