Poppy - I follow 'mossy bottom' as well, he has such a lovely calming voice I find, and he knows what he's doing!!!
I was down at the allotment this afternoon, it was lovely, sunny, warm and quiet. I was clearing an area and a robin was following me around, waiting to help himself to any dug up worms, it was so peaceful.
