Was refused a refund after being overcharged

Hi - I am hoping someone can advise me. Bolt has recently overcharged me £10 because the driver who was dropping me at the airporit couldn’t find a drop off point straightaway and went in and out of airport multiple times. I contacted the support who looked at the route and saw this was the case but said they can’t issue a refund but credit only (which expires in a month and I am away anyway) so I don’t want credit but a refund only. I don’t know what else to do? They don’t have formal complaints procedure and are not under any ombudsman that i could find. I also tried citizen advise but hung up when noone was answering for 2 hours. Any help is much apprecitated thank you.

@Westin wow very professional reply. I didn’t ask for whether £10 is a lot of money in your opinion but what to do in cases where you are denied refund. Quite ignorant to assume that £10 is not a lot of money for someone? It was completely drivers fault because he went in and out multiple times instead of going in and straight dropping me of. Completely unneccesary comment if you can’t help with the question that was asked.0

The General Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Republic of Estonia. If the respective dispute resulting from General Terms or Agreement could not be settled by the negotiations, then the dispute will be finally solved in Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.

It's unreasonable - imho - to expect a taxi driver to stop anywhere near an airport in a non-authorised place.LondonGirl566 said:couldn’t find a drop off point straightaway
I'd expect if he did that, he would be fined.
Or are you alleging that he could have dropped you off sooner but deliberately chose not to use an empty parking space?
Was the extra £10 on the meter? (I've only used private taxis to/from airports)
If you are determined to chase repayment of the £10, sheramber has given the information you need.
Reading that makes Westin's suggestion of "time to move on..." fairly sensible (imho).
