House price sites

I have houseprices.co.uk on my IE favourites list.
It seems fairly comprehensive but I've noticed over the last year that it hasn't picked up on one or two sales in my area which I had my eye on.
Are there better sites or are these all fee-paying only?

They all get the data from the same source - the land registry. So should all say the same thing. Could try ourproperty.co.uk to double check (free but need to register).
Chances are that it doesn't show the sales because they aren't coming through from the land registry yet, i think it can take up to 6 months for the data to be completed.0 -
Some properties never appear.
Some properties appear wrongly.
Also, it does take 2-3 months for data to come through, so I tend to peek on the 1st of each month.
My parents' neighbour, sold 2 years ago - not listed
My friend, bought in Feb 2007 - not listed
My neighbour, must have remortgaged as I know he inherited it - listed at £37k for a house that was worth more like £210k at that date
I have also noticed on some sites that properties that were previously listed are now, just gone/missing.
I tend to use http://www.nethouseprice.com0
