All bins full at new house

I've emailed estate agents with a polite request, but I'm still going to pop over next week and put the black bin out myself as it's a few minutes drive from me.
If I get no joy from the estate agents, I'm not going to risk the purchase over a bin, so I'll try speaking to the council to see if they can sort something.
If still no joy, it will be a pair of heavy duty gloves and a trip to the tip if it's not sorted before I move in.
Hopefully the current owner will get it sorted and save the effort.

Maybe get some CCTV installed, if you have fears of the ex-tenant being a drug user. You wouldn't want any unwanted people to attend the property, looking for the previous tenant.First Time Buyer
