Any good online double glazing suppliers?

Hi all,

I've taken measurements for a friend's double glazing and wanted to get a 'ball park' quote for them.
Obviously a quote from site would be the most accurate, but is there anywhere I can get an idea what a reasonable estimate might be?

By the very nature of D/Gazed windows, a home visit has to be made by any installer

Can't recommend as never used them, but they have been around for a long time

Seriously I think your friend OP should take a bit of responsibility or give you a budget to work to and delegate the task to you entirely. I'd go by personal recommendations and supervise site visits.

Why not get someone around to give you a free quote . You could put the sizes up here and I could ball park it for you . Just need the width x height . thickness of glass . thickness of the spacer bar . type of spacer bar . type of glass (argon. planitherm . krypton . thermal k . ect) Type of figured if obscure . Let us know if its toughened . Or let us know if it should be toughened . If its timber / upvc / alli . internal or external glazed . upstairs / downstairs . Any new gasket required or security tape . See what I can do .

Also if you're glazing them yourself good luck with any guarantee . Wont happen .

Is it the frames aswell or just double glazing ( glass) think I might have misread last time . What area are you based
