Resolver appeal & grace period

Hi
Has anyone used Resolver to appeal a parking eye charge? I received a fine £70 reduced to £40 if i pay within 14days. I parked at hospital, had to find a space which took a few minutes and was back out and in car within 30 minutes. I know the first 20 mins are free and I was of the understating that a 10 minute grace period is given so didn’t think I would need to pay as I wasn’t entirely sure if I’d been 20 mins or just over. The times recorded show exactly 30 mins in total. Has anyone appealed due to grace period and won ?
thanks

Resolver is a waste of time
PALS complaint is your best option if it's a hospital or a trust
The BPA CoP clause 13 details grace periods , but they tightened it up 18 months ago
The newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements gives you the correct options , starting with plan A , a PALS complaint if it's a hospital or a trust , or a landowner complaint if it's private land2 -
Thankyou! I contacted PALS who advised to speak with the car park security who in turn gave me the managers name and extension number. I left message and he called me back today, I gave details and emailed the ticket to him, he had the ticket cancelled within the hour! So pleased thanks for the advice !2
