i tried to pay for a tv licence today..... stupid website said 'no'. the drop down box for your title comes up blank (firefox and IE!) and then the transaction can't continue unless you say if you're mr/mrs/miss etc. this really did get me annoyed earlier! so now i can't pay..... so it's not my fault?!

I once changed my bank details on their website only they didn't register and i had repeated letters and phone calls because I'd cancelled the DD with the original bank. A monkey could work it out but 6 customer service guys couldn't change the DD on the system either.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
