Insurance cover for Kids

Thinking of going to Canaries in October but trying to find out what the insurance would cover us for if one of the kids (16 and 12) were to test +ve on the return test or show symptoms. Would they cover the whole family to stay in that case, or one adult and the infected child or just the child only. Clearly won't go if would have to leave one of them there on their own or would need to pay for additional accommodation / flights etc

Anyone know?
