Uber charge £65 from Fulham to Gatwick, would a minicab be cheaper?

There are no fixed fees, you need to call a few local ones and find out0

Ubers cost will depend on traffic etc, private hire will be fixed cost and is normally a little cheaper than the uber all clear/no surge charge plus no risk of a major traffic jab doubling the fare etc1

I took an Uber and it was £64, Atlas quoted me £61. I’ll get the train to Clapham Junction and Uber from there on the way back, c. £35 but more hassle. If anyone could offer a minicab to Gatwick for £50 and make a profit they would clear up!0
