For the strike outs other than Chan, it may be helpful to include the POC, particularly if it is more detailed than the defendants case?1

We don't always see the POC (at least we didn't used to ask).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

FYI, looks like previous link was editable so just recreated this one, reverting previous changes others have made.

You are back JUST IN TIME to lead change. TWO DAYS TO DO THE BELOW INQUIRY.
The delays in the 'small claims court' are directly caused by half a million parking claims p.a. Yes, HALF A MILLION!
It needs to stop.
If you could reply to this Inquiry that would be superb. ...only 2 days left to do this VERY relevant Inquiry linked & discussed here:
Really relevant because the reason that the county court is clogged up is because up to a THIRD of all small claims are private parking.
Your claim paperwork will be great evidence of the meritless 'cause of action' constantly bombarding the courts and wasting Judges' time.
This is about showing how parking firms abuse the court service. Please tell the Ministers on this Committee that:
(a) there needs to be a bespoke parking Alternative Dispute Resolution 'court buffer' at pre-action stage, and
(b). the use of the "debt claims" pre-action protocol is totally improper. Asking for people's income on a 'debtor' reply form is an insult and utterly inappropriate;
(c). There must be a parking pre-action protocol, maybe even an 'online pre-action portal' where it can be auto-recorded online - NOT INPUT MANUALLY BY ROGUE PARKING FIRMS - whether or not they have complied with the new incoming 2024 Statutory Code, whether Reminders were issued first, whether the Defendant's address was checked, and whether the PoFA applies, and things like whether an appeal or dispute was received, etc.
I think if enough people say the above sort of stuff, this Justice Committee will go and talk to the DLUHC guys I'm dealing with, and hopefully recommend a new pre-action protocol to stop the vast majority of cases even going to a claim.
Please do the Inquiry with your claim form and views.
CLOSES THURSDAY.

Tight timeline but will try to find time tomorrow. Interesting my case started in Jan 2021 and hearing was late 2023, the court process must have started late 2021, will check that.1

Even if you do some quick responses ad hoc whilst watching TV, your dates are shocking and your evidence of those dates will assist hugely!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
