Mythical NHS Discount Covid Travel Tests

I keep hearing about heavily discounted return to UK day 2 covid travel tests, but all the links on the various pages are suspiciously broken. Anyone know of any 'reliable', uk gov approved, centres doing them?

I don't know where you keep hearing about heavily discounted tests but if the links concerned are broken then I'd suggest it's unlikely to be worth continuing down that route - why would providers be offering discounts for a service that's in high demand?
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/how-to-find-the-cheapest-private-coronavirus-tests-for-travel/ offers guidance but of course there's the inevitable caveat:We've done due diligence to check the test providers included in this guide offer the service and price stated, but there's always a risk one or two may be unreliable.0 -
Been hearing it quite a bit at work from people able to get tests at 50%+ discount as NHS workers, however when I look at the various websites they used, the link is invariable down. Just wondering whether anyone here knew of any centres doing NHS discounted tests that seem to be active and working.eskbanker said:I don't know where you keep hearing about heavily discounted tests but if the links concerned are broken then I'd suggest it's unlikely to be worth continuing down that route - why would providers be offering discounts for a service that's in high demand?0 -
Why should NHS staff get discounts ?0

I imagine so that said providers can advertise/brand themselves as 'helping the NHS' (same as various supermarkets, Uber etc) not really fussed by why tbh, just keen to use the opportunity if it's out there.superbigal said:Why should NHS staff get discounts ?1 -
I'd missed the significance of the mention of 'NHS' in the thread title and thought you were just looking for generally cheap tests, but if NHS co-workers obtained discounts, you could presumably contact the providers concerned to ask what they're prepared to offer, even if it's not visible online?0

I can’t see any testing outfit on the blue light card website and they are usually quick to pick up on discounts for NHS and others.Brox2011 said:
