USB Freeview stick + indoor aerial

Hello, can anybody recommend me a USB Freeview tuner and indoor aerial for my office PC? And also software to use it, I'd rather use something open source rather than whatever comes with the device.

Doesn't need to be too fancy, just for watching regular Freeview, very occassionaly recording but that's not too important.

Slightly different recommendation than what you asked for but I've got one and highly recommend it and won't have the possibility of issues that you get with indoor TV aerials:

£99 for HD Homerun - plug this into your main aerial instead and then you can access Freeview anywhere on your home network by any device connected to Wifi or Ethernet.

I can't recommend an indoor TV aerial because I've never had good results with them which is why I bought the first product I recommended.

Thank you @[Deleted User] that Homerun box looks like it could be a better solution, assuming I can split the aerial feed without affecting anything.
