First PIP 'review', advice appreciated!

I have a review for the PIP (just standard rate daily living) which I have claimed for a couple of years now.
I was told by letter that it had been extended to next year, obviously they have changed their minds as the review forms came yesterday!
It's left me in a complete state of panic. I can't believe how much it's affected me and never thought it would this much ☹️ I know it's silly really and I managed to claim it before so should be able to again right? It's mostly the demoralising bizarre 'medical' which I fear most.
Do we know if these are still over the phone or in person again now?
What I wanted to know is if there is 'no change' on any of the descriptors, what to I write? Do I simply put 'no change' and leave it at that, or do I go into detail as I would if this was a fresh claim?

Id treat it as a fresh claim and give as much detail and evidence as possible. They extended the review dates so people didn't get into a panic when they hadn't received a review for
These dates were never set in stone, but were to cover the obvious delays that would occur due to covid0 -
The extensions are to give DWP time to work through claims before the current awards end, not really to give the claimant any extra time.
As you were obviously successful before, I'd say do the same again - you can mention 'no change' if you want at the start, as long as you then give the full explanation of your difficulties. I.e., 'there has been no change in my difficulties doing {activity}, I still have {these problems} and need {this support}' with all of the info you gave before.
All the best with it0 -
If you kept a copy of your submission when you previously claimed use this as your starting point and update as necessary.
Contrary to what the DWP guidance says, as previous replies have said, advisers generally consider it better not to simply write no change but to set your difficulties out again in full.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
A full explanation of how and why the PIP descriptors apply to you, enclose additional sheets (the boxes are tiny), and relevant medical evidence.

Both....although up until a couple of weeks ago the majority were still by phone. Whether that will change in the next couple of months is anyone's guess.
