Possession claim online - how to request warrant?

I used the Possession claim online service to finally obtain a possession order against a tenant.
As the tenant has not left I need to escalate the order to a possession I'm told I can use the PCOL website to apply for the warrant but I simply cannot see how!?
the existing claim doesn’t have any obvious method to do this and a new claim makes the assumption I’m starting a new eviction with the full £325 fee.
Can anyone advise how to use the online service!? Seems otherwise I’ll have to print the N325 form in hard copy at the court!?

You might give the helpline a call on on 0300 123 1057.
The User Guide for PCOL says that there is a Claim Action called "Issue Warrant of Possession". You just need to know how to access this claim action. Unfortunately I can't tell you how to do this as I haven't used PCOL.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
