Morning All
I am thinking about opening an Tandem Instant Access Saver, anyone got one of these?
Only thing that is putting me off opening one is the horror stories of the app being a bit buggy and some bad customer experience.
How have you guys found Tandem?

I find the app quite annoying if I'm honest. And if I try to out in more than £5k it doesn't let me. I do find it worse to use than other apps, but there you go, the rate is decent so worth putting up eith it!1

I'm going between Lloyds and Tandem, and yeah, pretty much instant, or certainly not long, 100% not a days thing.

My ramblings about the Tandem 0.65% account: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/78531668/#Comment_78531668
I would be using it as my instant access account if I didn't still have another one elsewhere that pays a better rate. I might be using Tandem for money that I need at weekends once I have it confirmed that they do process withdrawals at weekends.0 -

If I need to move more than 5k I find I need fo do if later, so tbh it ends up being something I often forget for a day or few!
I don't need to take the cash out, but if I did I'd make sure this account was probably last priority tbh0 -
On and not sure about weekend timing, if I remember I'll try tomorrow!0

Yes, it works at the weekend. I pulled 5k from Lloyds about 9 or so and before 10 Tandem texted me to say it was received etc.1

Has anyone been able to link their Tandem savings account with a M Plus Virgin Money current account?0
