HeliAdventures / Experience Day Issue.

Hi, wondering if anyone could offer me any advice.
I booked a helicopter flight through experience days to fly with heliadvetures.
So back in 2019, I booked a helicopter flight for 2, for my autistic sons 5th birthday which was In October of that year.
It got delayed 2 times due to, weather and the one time the pilot was in hospital.
Since then it got understably delayed twice more because of the lockdown.
They started taking the bookings again earlier this year, and now I've had it cancelled twice more (due to passengers apparently having covid)
Like I know it's out of both of our control if what they say is true, but it's nearly 2 years later.. it was for my sons 5th birthday, hes now going on 7.
There is no understanding from the customer service, the only thing they offer is to re arrange flight for the next available date. I've simply lost faith it will ever even happen at this point.
The flight only holds 5 passengers I find it hard to believe that the last 2 flights were genuinely cancelled for this reason, being that's only 3 passengers not including myself and my son, and on the email from them they said they had 60 cancellations, so I'm genuinely confused on how 60 people cancelled for a flight there was only 3 passenger seats left.
Am I entitled to a refund? If so would it be through experience days or heliadventures?
Any help is appreciated
Thank you

What do the terms of the booking say?
I don't understand what you mean about 60 people on a 5 person flight.0 -
I dont understand either, it's a 5 person flight which I had 2 tickets for and they're telling me they had 60 people cancel, it makes no sense to me.Deleted_User said:What do the terms of the booking say?

Terms looks to say I'd have to go through experience days, and not heliadventures themselves as that's where I booked.
Would experience days even refund something that was booked in 2019 though, from what I've researched it's hard enough to get a refund off them anyway. With the time of booking being so far from the current date and rescheduled time. It's hard to believe I'm going to get anywhere with them. But it's not not right that nearly 2 years down the line I'm still waiting, with cancellations before, during and after the lockdown.

I imagine the Experience Days terms say that their job is to sell you a voucher, which they've done, but you can check that.
I'd keep trying. You'll get on eventually. It's the same with balloon rides - it tends to take a couple of years to actually get on one, as it's so dependent on other factors.0 -
if a passenger proved positive for covid the helicopter would be out of action for deep cleaning
if 60 people cancelled then that should mean you have more chance of getting on a flight.0
