William Hill closed my account

I love free bingo and signed up to Wlliam Hill, think they offered a few free spins which I took but I think when I looked, there was no free bingo so I left.
I forgot all about them but then got an email saying I had used an offer that went against their terms and conditions 🤔 and that certain parts of the site were now off limits etc
Intrigued, I went online and asked what had I done wrong, the lady replied my account was now actually shut and she could not tell me why 😳
I dont care as not fussed but I am extremely nervous why I've been barred in this way, anyone got any ideas why?
Only just opened account a few days back and played for initial 10 mins...

Personally I would take being banned from a betting site as a good thing. 😆Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Have been converted to the "budget to zero" concept and use YNAB for all monthly budgeting and long term goals.1

I suspect they closed it as they weren't making any money. Might be something in the T&Cs that you need to bet £X in the first week or some such but as it was just free spins that's what's failed.
