Good to hear!taking_time said:Hi
I won my case against NCP/ solicitor minions. ANPR.
Huge thank you.
It was pretty scary letting it go to court, Following forum advice/steps but we had paid on the day.
We *may* have entered the wrong reg number. I cant remember. We had credit card receipt for the day saying NCP.
Another main thing in my favour was the ticket machine records didn't show our reg.
BUT - might help others- on the same day, it showed 16 non reg numbers which NCP had taken money for.
So the machine doesn't require an actual reg number to take payment and therefore isn't reliable as a record to show we didn't pay. The machine could've been faulty or 16 others entered an incomplete/non reg number thst day. Either way magistrate agreed with me it was not reliable.
Any questions please ask. Sorry memory is terrible but I have records obviously.
Thank you again 💓ANOTHER NCP ONE BITES THE DUST!Yes, do that urgently! It is on everyone’s interests.NCC1701-A said:Well done on your win, please use your experience to feedback on the current consultation regarding private parking companies;PRIVATE 'PCN'?
