My current first direct credit card drives me nuts as the statement date varies by up to a week. This plays havoc from a budgeting standpoint as I pay off each month. I’ve been with fd for 14 years but want to move to something with a consistent statement date
I aquired a capital one card. It’s great and has the same statement date each month but unfortunately doesn't allow Apple Pay so it’s no good for my day to day . I now just use for recurring payments which is cool
So other than Barclay card ( they burnt me as a kid so are dead to me ) anyone got any suggestions?

M&S credit card, MBNA, Santander (& Barclays) all are very consistent on the statement dates. Might vary by one day. I've never clocked after at least a decade with these whether they are running on a 31 or 30 day cycle but none of them have movied significantly in a very very long time.
M&S has the least informative statement and MBNA (& Barclays) the best - particularly if you are doing balance transfers.
I don't use Apple Pay can't advise on that score. (but I believe someone said that Barclays would work.... )I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. I’ve got 2 Cap One cards and use both with ApplePay without a problem.
If you’re having a problem adding it to your wallet, suggest you contact them.0 -

No issuer doesn’t support this card.0

MBNA has ApplePay.
I'm only in my second month with them so can't comment on the statement dates...0 -
Anyone know if Lloyds statement date is constant ? They have a cash back card which would be ideal0

Virgin, Tesco and Sainsbury's are all constant. I don't know who the parent companies are though.
Can't you just set up a direct debit? You can arrange for the whole balance to be cleared each month, so no interest charges and no worries and you don't have to remember any dates. That system works well for me anyway. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. my point if the statement date is on the 8th one month and the 15 the month after, it messes up budgeting. Fd really can vary that much. It’s a real pain0
