Yahoo mail

Hope someone can help with this. When I reply to an email on yahoo mail,it gives me an alert saying any response will be sent to another email address. It gives me the email address but this is not the one I have sent it from or my main email address. I have looked to try and change it but can't find how. Hope someone can help with this.

what computer?  How do you access mail -  https://mail.yahoo.com/   or a mail app?
can you compose and send an email ok?  can you reply to self ok?

Tried from app and computer. Can compose and send,but can't reply to myself.

Is the error email address a random email or a one you recognise? Does it change with each reply?  Can we see one? (I'm guessing its a yahoo mail server generated address).

Its a bit odd that its only a problem with reply emails rather than self composed ones.

Does reply-all make any difference?  View the raw message to which you are replying (option on computer only possibly by clicking ...)  Do the email address fields look correct?
