Hello, I saw in June/July MSE's tip on the M&S credit card with £25 cash back if you spent £100 (I think). Can anyone conform it was that and i fthe £100 was in a M&S or just in general and what is required to get the £25?
I was accepted on 16 July and got the card. I'm certain I used the link but received no email from MSE?

I think that offer was featured in this email:It says "for newbies" and you have to spend the £100 in 90 days. Those are the only criteria mentioned in the email and the M&S website is no longer showing that offer, but I would expect at the time they would have shown the full Ts&Cs?0

I also applied and was accepted and have also not received my £25 cashback
I waited in a queue for an hour with their online chat agent only to be told that they can’t see a promotion on the account and they would have to send this to a “ specialist department “
I definitely went through on the link and definitely met all the terms and conditions
Has anyone else been successful and actually had the £25 added to their account?0
