Hi, FTB here, first post.
I know I can’t get a definite answer, but just wondering how long on average searches take to come back?
My solicitor has said 2-4 weeks.

It depends entirely on which Local Authority. Current timescales can be found in the link below.

Last year when I bought my house they took 3 weeks to come back and then another 2 weeks for solicitor to review them and advise.So your solicitors estimate is probably about right.1
