Anyone know about regs for travelling to and from Switzerland?

Completely out of the blue the chance of visiting family in Switzerland has arisen. I hadn't even been thinking about the possibility and haven't bothered to keep up with the latest.
Can any kind soul tell me exactly what is currently required by way of docs for the two way trip, over and above the plane tickets and passports..?
Would be extremely grateful.

My reading of that is that even double-vaccinated people MAY have to bring a negative PCR test with them to avoid having to quarantine. Anyone agree? Am I reading too much into the rules?0
