Cheapest/best dog food

My cousin's dog is prematurely ageing. I know she skimps on her own food. I was a raw feeder to my cats & they lived to age 16 & 22 years! Prior to changing them to raw I fed Smilla & Animondy carni wet as they're far superior to supermarket or vet petfoods.
So what's the best value for money food like that for dogs please?
Also best/cheapest raw premade supplier?
