Hey! I’m applying for my first 95% LTV mortgage with nationwide. I have 3 months payslips, proof of deposit and my bank statements going back 3 months from today’s date (so 11th may-11th august). My brokers fab to be honest, but that’s great thank you!
Puts my mind at ease a lot getting it verified again though, I have sent the broker additional information so if they need anything else he has the majority to add to it.
Getting exciting now, just dreading the wait to come now
