    You don't need to change your passwords as they're local to your computer so they can't see them anyway! Try logging into your Egg money manager from a different PC, it won't show the details for the other accounts. Annoys me as I've got a desktop and a laptop!

    I must be the only one having problems!

    I emailed sometime in May and was told the credit would be applied 10th June. It wasn't so I emailled. The reply said we know you registered, but did you add a non-egg a/c, you have to do that to get the £10. I emailed saying yes I did, shouldn't you know that.

    Then the next email says they do not know if or when I add any non-egg accounts. So I am puzzled now..... The emails I received state they have this criteria for this £10 incentive that they cannot ascertain if you meet it. And I'm not closer to seeing my money.

    My opinon of Egg is decreasing........ wondering if I'll ever see my £10.
