3 x private parking tickets

Ok here goes...
My job is kitchen and bathtoom fitter in Manchester. Started new job in city so on first week had to deliver to site all building materials, timber, blocks, 22 plasterboards, 20 sqm porcelain tiles ...not light.
Parking on rds double yellow at traffic lights all other parking tickets but opposite the building on busy main rd.
In between the building i am working on and the one next door there is a rd with sign by pcms no parking or loading.
The sign doesn't say who the rd belongs to just the sign. On my first delivery to.site i pull onto the rd and start to unload. Im on my own and have too unload the van and carry everything up 2 flights of stairs through locked foors and leave in lobby.
Load the lift several times and go to 3rd floor, unload and take through second doors then into the flat
Not an easy or quick operation.
Got my first ticket unloading via windscreen, took it on chin as i hadnt put note in window of my van and thought ill call management team of the builfing im working on.
I had to do this operation a further 2 times but this time with unloading sign with note in window.
Sent appeal in 30min after receiving the ticket with correct info and took screen shots. Within few days received email saying id entered wrong pcn number so they couldn't process...total rubbish.
After about 10 days received a ticket through the post which i thought was my.first and only ticket...oh no 2 more through the post. Even though i told them on appeal i was un loading the van but still sent 2 more, and it seems the private rd belongs to the building next door although this is not mentioned on the signage
I have appealed all 3 and lost !
My argument is a customer has ordered goods from me and im delivering them to site. There is deliveries all day from parcel companies and my suppliers who parked same spot and NO tickets. So it seems if you have sign on your van your ok but no sign ...ticket.
I even had a company in for an hour in same spot loading the rubbish ..no ticket. I have parked in car park for 3 weeks at £8 a day not an issue but if theres no parking for unloading and no signs to say i cant unload should i fight the fines ?

which parking company ? PCM UK ?chances are its forbidding signage plus if the building owns the road and you were delivering to the buiulding them the JOPSON vs Homeguard case may cover the loading or unloading aspecthowever, the only chance of winning this is in court, within 6 yearsps:- they were not FINES , they were invoices from a private company for alleged breach of contract1

Cpms ltd is the company0

IPC member , https://theipc.info/aos-members/c. So you won't get any cancellation or fair hearingUltra58 said:Cpms ltd is the company
CPMS are a private company enforcing on private property
I suppose that with the story you may win in court using the Jopson case and forbidding signage , if it gets to court , like this winner based on Jopson here

Cpms have 6 years to issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton using MCOL , so keep all paperwork and get pictures of the signs etc too0 -
Plwase read this and complain to your MP.
