50R Peforming A Prohibited Right Turn - WF Council - No Video

Hi guys,

Would be greatly appreciated if you can help with this one.

Received the following PCN for the alleged contravention of 50R performing a prohibited turn (no right turn) on 31/07/2021. I received the PCN in the post today (10/08/2021).

The alleged contravention occurred from Lea Bridge Road  turning into Theobald Road E17.

I must have completely missed the no right turn signs (not sure where my mind was), having a look through google maps I can see there are 2 no right turn signs on both sides of the road just before the junction (not sure how these were missed).

I have reviewed the footage from the council website which only shows x4 images of my vehicle turning into Theobald Road, [b]It does NOT have any video footage. Also when I click on map location from the council website it has no mapping data available.[/b]

Do I have any chance of getting this cancelled or is it best to pay the early reduced fee?

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.  Your links posted here will be very helpful over on PePiPoo.
