Hi there,
Amex has closed a section 75 claim I filled, reason being the vendor has not responded for months.
What is the next course of action? it's too late for chargeback.
Ombudsman?

I'd challenge the closure. S75 makes Amex equally liable as the original vendor. As it gets used in cases where companies have failed I don't see that a rejection on that basis is acceptable.0
