Avro Energy Limited - Ongoing problems
Hi.
Has anyone else out there had problems with Avro Energy in relation to the fitting of faulty "Smart-Meters"?
They fitted one to our property in January 2021 and it is far from being "Smart" to say the least
We have tried contacting them on many occasions, but the problem remains.

By faulty do you mean it doesn't communicate or the display has failed.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Don't think that Avro are actually capable of using the data from the meters they have fitted!!0

The problem seems to be getting more "Wide-Spread".
Avro Energy have now taken to disregarding the findings and decisions of the Energy Ombudsman and making it up as they go along.
I can only hope that the "Brown-Brothers", directors of Avro Energy Limited; Company registration number:09174794; have a "Huge-piggy-bank" full of savings into which they can dip when the time comes.0 -
OFGEM are also as useful as "a sponge-leg in a rain-storm" as they will not intervene when the rulings of the Energy Ombudsman are not complied with.
Seems like "Huge pay-offs all round" and stuff the little guy, who is being treated in appalling manners by the Energy-Providers0 -
Will "Nobody" stand for the rights of the consumer any more in this "Once-great" country?0
