I'm really sorry but I haven't managed to get Bella Train Your Brain magazine for November as I've not been well & also had no computer for a couple of weeks. I have a hospital appointment on Monday so I may try to find a copy from the shop at QMC which is where I normally buy it although my appointment isn't in the main hospital but at the treatment centre & I struggle to walk that far. If anybody else has a copy maybe they could let me know the answer so I can post it for everyone to enter.
