2) To thank posters just click the "Comp-liment" button below the post - you do not need to post a reply and "bump" the thread. 

3) The links in each post in this thread will take you directly to the competition.

4) Many compers use their browser's "bookmark" or "favorites" feature and check it once a week or so for any new competitions. The way to do this varies according to the browser you use - if you are unsure of the procedure look up "bookmarks" or "favourites" in your browser's HELP (often accessed by pressing the F1 function key).

5) You can subscribe to this thread using the forum's own notifications feature and you should receive an email and/or notification whenever a new post is added. To see your notifications click on the "Notifications" icon (the bell at the top right - arrow 2 in the picture below). A small number by this icon shows the number of unread notifications. Emails will be sent to the email address you used when you registered with the MSE Forum.

5.1) Activate the bookmark for this thread by clicking on the bookmark icon for this thread (at the top right of this page - arrow 1 in the picture below). When activated the icon changes from outline to solid.

5.2) Go to your profile (at the top right of any page - arrow "3" in the picture above) and choose "Edit Profile" then "Notification Preferences". Now look for "Notify me when people comment on my bookmarked discussions" and make sure the "Popup" box is ticked, and if you also want an email make sure that box is also ticked (as shown in the picture below)

Oops - I just noticed that the comp I just entered was my favourite puzzles, so I guess a volunteer is no needed!
