Land Registry RX3 form

Hello, I’m wondering if someone can advise on how long it takes for the Land Registry to remove a restriction once an RX3 form has been sent to them.
I am 95% the way through selling my house and purchasing a new one and this restriction came up just last week. It’s about some retained land which should have been taken off my title when I purchased however my previous solicitors didn’t, and as a result it’s stopping my sale going through.

Lots of to’ing and fro’ing but finally they’ve submitted it to LR but I don’t know how long it takes.
Does anyone have any advice or info?
thank you
