    We bought through Yopa.  The agent was massively overstretched.  There was zero effort from them after the sale was agreed so we dealt directly with the vendors and through solicitors.  I think it would have been easier with a proper agent like the one we sold through who had a sales progression specialist.

    yep the "no upward chain" and "in need of a little updating" - high street estate agents did good job of photos of probate property I sold - also managed all the viewings and seemed very flexible in setting appointments for people, neighbours said they were there at all times of day and weekend
