The section about additional costs should be fully replaced by the version seen in the thread by @wobs2k because things changed for the better in February and you may have missed it all , as you haven't posted since 2021.

We don't use the Southampton Crosby case anymore because a similar case was appealed and there are far stronger arguments against the false added DRA 'costs extortion' now.  I haven't had time to edit the NEWBIES thread to reflect this new approach yet, but I will sometime this year.

I spotted an amusing typo here:
would request that the Claimant provide photographic evidence of entering/exiting the car park and/or being stationery in the area for 26 minutes.

Your car certainly wasn't a piece of stationery!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    7.     On 8 August 2021, I requested submitted a Subject Access Request from to UK Car Management as I needed more information on the alleged contravention that took place and received a response on 27 August 2021 stating, “There are no results for the below with legal”.  I refer to Exhibit XX2. I would like to highlight that Gladstone Solicitors sent a letter on 1 March 2021 informing me that they had been instructed to start legal proceedings against me which commenced on 19 July 2022.

Better worded as shown, you don't request a request (Subject Access Request) and you submit it to not from; proceedings are plural.

    In your paragraph 11: -

I would request that the The Claimant is put to strict proof by provide photographic evidence of that the vehicle entering/exiting entered or exited the car park and/or being was stationery, i.e. parked in the area for 26 minutes.

You cannot request in a WS, better to state as above,

"...to UK Car Management..."  -  also make sure the correct name of the claimant is stated.
