HMRC and the 421... Top Tip

Today I found out that the 421 had been prepped by HMRC in May and sent to HMCTS, but according to HMCTS they hadn't received it despite chasing.
If you get through to HMRC on the IHT chat or helpline and they say they've already done the 421, ask them to copy it to the HMCTS SharePoint.
Lord knows why they don't just do that for all 421s prepared before the new system went live...
